VIPEX manufacture almost every possible element of their products in house. This policy ensures the quality of workmanship and materials are kept to the highest standards, production schedules are controlled and the promised completion dates upheld.

 

The company operates from a purpose built plant which is fully kitted out with the most up-to-date equipment necessary to achieve its aims. The whole production area has a minimum headroom clearance of 7 metres, allowing production of any size of unit.

 

All chassis, superstructures, stages, hand railings etc. are fabricated in every range of steels (including stainless) and alloys as required. Equipment includes the most up-to-date CNC press brakes and guillotines together with all the necessary sawing, drilling, cutting and welding plant.

VIPEX does all of its own hydraulic work. Using only high quality preparatory equipment, all installations are bespoke. Sliders, supports, rollers and outriggers are all designed to suit the specific unit under construction.

 

VIPEX carries a full complement of experienced personnel, covering all aspects of unit design and construction. From fabrication, electrical and motor engineers to pattern and cabinet makers, joinery and body builders. In fact, every type of skill necessary to cover this complex and detailed product range. Following on from our concepts, we can animate your ideas using state of the art software. This gives you, the customer, an almost perfect idea of the finished product. After which, up to date CAD takes over and details the design for the manufacture and specification process
