The Vipex Vanguard

The Vipex Vanguard is a Full Sized Semi-trailer and Tractor, where the Tractor Unit or Cab can detach from the trailer. The Vanguard can carry heavy loads and extend to double its height and quadruple its width to give a true ship in the bottle experience being as small as it can be in transit and as large as it can be on site.

The Vipex Vantage (Urban Artic) & Vipex Vantage (Mini Artic)

The Vipex Vantage is a lightweight version of the Vipex Vanguard which is useful when you need volume but not the carrying capacity. There is also a much talked about loop hole in the driver licensing law, which allows anyone with a normal car license,m who have passed their test before 1997  to drive this combination just so long as it doesn’t weight over 8.25 tonnes. The Loop hole will eventually close as the tests passed after 1997 will require a full license, but nevertheless when you don’t need carrying capacity but you do need volume, tyres for example, then the Vantage is roughly half the cost of a Vanguard.

The Vipex Venturer

The Vipex Venturer is a Lightweight Articulated Semi-trailer just like the Vantage but it is specially designed to be much smaller and utilise a 4×4 vehicle as it primary pulling unit. This gives the Venturer an Off Road Capability which varies form mild off road, which means across grass and mild slopes, to High mobility which utilises amour design to allow it to traverse and if necessary survive falling of, extreme obstacles.

The Vipex Vector

The Vipex Vector is a convenient method of moving around as the cab and driving parts of the vehicle are permanently attached and the body is carried by the chassis of the truck. This all means that you can turn up and set very quickly, without having to detach the cab. Also it is the easiest to manoeuvre and body size for body size the shortest on road overall length. The cab is fully integrated with the body and there is an option facility to have a walk through cab to body. It is available in 3,5t, 5t, 7.5t and above 7.5t variants so that you can match your drivers capabilities to the vehicle exactly.

The Vipex Venue, including the Vipex “Multi-flex” Venue.

The VIPEX Venue is a Draw-bar Trailer, where the trailer is attached to the towing vehicle at the rearmost point, The Multi-flex Venue has the capacity to extend from 7m x 2.25m x 3m to 13m x 6m x 3m and anywhere in between. The trailer comes standard with a turntable steer configuration and as an option for trailers under 5m a close couple configuration can be specified to aid reversing.
